TANDARD WARRANTY
Black Tie guarantees product safety and reliability. This guarantees the purchased model for ten years, starting from the production date with reference to the structure and its components. The purchased model is an original product, created in our factories under our design and quality control.

NOT GUARANTEED
Any damage from transport or any upholstery manufactured customer fabric. Any anomaly and deterioration due to normal use over the time, or caused by abnormal and/or excessive use, as well as incorrect cleaning treatment of materials. Stains, also in case of a public place use.

The warranty loses its validity when the owner or a third party personally undertakes maintenance or repairing work either to the structure or the upholstery, without our written authorization. However, in case where a remedy may be found, at least partially, for the work carried out unsatisfactorily, Black Tie are willing to bear the restoration costs, excluding any other expense and responsibility for possible subsequent damage or alterations. The warranty is valid, when any anomaly is reported to the point of sale, within maximum two months from the date on the sale.
